Juice fast

Basic ideas

Juice fasting means eating no solid food in order to let the body remove toxins. I will try this diet for a few days and note the details.

Summary

Introduction

    Today my new mixer arrived. Tomorrow I'm starting a juice fast because I really feel like I'd use detoxification. I won't have any solid food at all. Just smoothies and juiced fruits.

    The point of juice fasting is to give the body a break from digestion so it can make up with removing toxins. There are various side effects, like headaches, rapid changes of mood, lack of motivation, low energy level. I'm willing to keep such diet as long as I manage. I expect it to be no longer than a week though.
Fruits and veggies are much more expensive than normal, junk food I eat. It's going to drive my parents nuts as they don't understand the idea behind it. They're both a nice, big, walking bag full of toxins.

    I'll write down exactly what I eat and any side effects I experience. This can disturb my other experiences, especially Micro-Psychokinesis. That's a fair trade though. After all, I am what I eat.

    If I like a specific meal from this diet, I'll make it my regular one. It's a good step towards going vegetarian.
